Ingredients (240 ml cup used)

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 1 cup fresh thick curd / yogurt
  • 1 green chili, slit deseeded chopped
  • salt as needed
  • roasted cumin powder / jeera powder as desired
  • few coriander leaves chopped
  • pinch of pepper powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

How to make the recipe

  1. Add lemon juice to finely chopped cabbage and set aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Whisk curd in a bowl along with salt, cumin.
  3. Add finely chopped cabbage, green chili and coriander leaves to the yogurt.
  4. Mix everything well.
  5. Sprinkle pepper powder. Garnish with corainder leaves.
