Ingredients (240 ml cup used)
- 1 cup of full fat milk or almond milk
- ½ to ¾ tsp. cocoa powder or chocolate syrup as needed(adjust to suit your taste)
- ⅛ to ¼ tsp of instant coffee or ¼ cup brewed coffee or filter coffee (adjust to suit your taste)
- Sugar or sweetener as desired (you can skip if using chocolate syrup)
- whipped cream or coconut cream as needed(refer notes)
How to make the recipe
- Add coffee, cocoa and sugar to a cup.
- Bring milk to a boil and pour little hot milk to the cup and stir well for everything to mix up well.
- Pour the rest of the milk and stir.
- Top with whipping cream or finely grated chocolate.
Notes
Instant coffee can be replaced with brewed coffee or filter coffee. Use them as needed to suit your taste. coconut cream goes well with mocha made with almond milk.
