Chocolate Banana Freezer Fudge

Ingredients (240 ml cup used)
  • 1 cup mashed ripe banana
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 2 to 3 tbsps. Cocoa powder (or chocolate)
  • 4 tbsps. Coconut oil
  • ¼ cup of Unrefined sweetner or sugar
How to make the recipe
  1. Powder the almonds first.
  2. Add the other ingredients to a blender and blend till smooth,.
  3. Scrape off the sides and blend well till smooth, very smooth
  4. Transfer to a square pan lined with parchment paper
  5. Freeze for at least 2 to 3 hours. I freeze my knife as well to get proper cuts
  6. Cut them to squares.
  7. Stays good for more than 2 weeks in the freezer, but iam sure none will be left once you begin to eat.
