Ingredients (240 ml cup used)
- 4 slices brown bread or multigrain bread
- ¼ cup green gram sprouts or soaked green gram
- 2 tbsp finely chopped onions
- 2 tbsp. finely chopped tomatoes(deseeded and firm)
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped coriander leaves / cilantro
- 1 green chili chopped (skip for kids)
- salt as needed
- generous pinch of chaat masala / garam masala (adjust)
- generous pinch of amchur powder (dried mango powder)
- 2 tsp ghee or butter
How to make the recipe
