Ingredients (240 ml cup used)
- 2 heaped cups of frozen paneer
- 1/8 tsp ajwain / carom seeds
- ½ to ¾ tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Generous pinch of amchur powder
- Generous pinch of pepper powder(optional)
- ¼ tsp. Kasuri methi crushed
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- Pinch of turmeric
- 1 ½ tbsp. Coarse besan / chickpea flour (you can use regular one too)
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 2 heaped cups of frozen paneer
- 1/8 tsp ajwain / carom seeds
- ½ to ¾ tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Generous pinch of amchur powder
- Generous pinch of pepper powder(optional)
- ¼ tsp. Kasuri methi crushed
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- Pinch of turmeric
- 1 ½ tbsp. Coarse besan / chickpea flour (you can use regular one too)
- 1 tbsp Oil

Add all the ingredients to a bowl and toss. If needed sprinkle 1 to 2 tbsp. water for the marinade to coat the paneer well.
